Yan Yean Water Treatment Plant

Controltech Solutions were engaged in removing and disposing of sand and filter media from 12 existing water tanks as part of the Yan Yean Water Treatment Plant Upgrade.

PROJECT OUTCOME

​

• We set up 100m of vacuum hose to access the work area and successfully removed 680m3 of material offsite using our heavy vacuum trucks.

​

• After removing the sand and filter media from all 12 tanks, they were then pressure washed and inspected by our client.
